Emma Watson's Met Gala Dress Might

A risky look pulled off with aplomb, the actress and Goodwill ambassador also used the steps of the Met as a platform for sustainability. As it turns out, her trousers were made entirely out of plastic bottles — because she’s eco-friendly like that.
The outfit came together thanks to a collaboration between Calvin Klein and Livia Firth (actor Colin Firth’s wife), who’s a self-describe eco-fashion activist and founder of Eco Age Ltd., a green consultancy firm.

We loved working with the team @calvinklein to create a look that is truly a perfect marriage of ethics and aesthetics. The body of the look is crafted from three different fabrics all woven from yarns made from recycled plastic bottles, the zippers are made from recycled materials and the inner bustier has been created using organic cotton #SustainableFashion #ManusXMachina #MetBall #30wears
